My name is China Murphy, and I’m a proud mother of three: two wonderful girls and an adventurous boy. I have deep roots in Indiana, and I am passionate about being a problem solver in my community while providing genuine support to those around me. I am also the proud owner of Tiny Tots & Dots Learning Ministry, and I am a licensed Realtor with F.C. Tucker.

For over 16 years, I have dedicated myself to nurturing and educating young minds at my family-run center. My goal is to establish one of the finest preschool centers on the east side of Indianapolis.

I am passionate about making a meaningful impact by solving problems and supporting those around me. As the proud owner of Tiny Tots & Dots Learning Ministry, I have devoted over 16 years to nurturing and educating young minds. My goal is to establish one of the finest preschool centers on the east side of Indianapolis.

My name is Jazmin Heitz, and I am the Director at Tiny Tots & Dots and I have been here since October of 2024. I am from Indianapolis, Indiana and I have been in the childcare industry for 11 years. I have my associates degree in Early Childhood Education, and have went from assistant teacher, to lead teacher, to director in my years of childcare. Outside of work, I have 2 children, one whom attends our wonderful school! I enjoy the challenges and fast pace of running the daycare and being able to problem solve while working with a variety of children, families, staff, and the community.
