About Us

 I am China Murphy, the Director of Tiny Tots & Dots Learning Ministry. I started in childcare  14 years ago to be able to stay with my children and haven’t looked back since. In those 14 years, much has changed, but not my passion for quality childcare where education and fun come together. I am also pursuing a career in real estate and

Tucker Indianapolis firm! I have a great staff and a facility that matches and I look forward to serving the families we have enrolled.

My name is Olivia Hamilton! I am the Director at Tiny Tots & Dots and I have been here since October. I am from Noblesville Indiana and I have worked with kids for 18 years. I am in the process of attaining my CDA as well. Outside of work, I have been married for 5 years and have 3 children, two who attend our wonderful school! I enjoy the challenges and fast pace of running the daycare and being able to problem solve while working with a variety of children, families, staff, and the community. My hope is to create the best school possible for our students and their families.
